Dec 2009 REQUEST Take the title again! Taking the 2009 World Varsity title at the Hiphop International World Championships this year made NZ proud. However now to add to their success is their newly won title winning gold at the recent World Supremacy Battlegrounds Event Nov 29th 2009! The Super crew of 15 members rocked the stage with their engaging theme-like performance which was contrasting to their known previous performances. Fresh and unique to what the world expected, ReQuest again deserved the Australasian title with their skill and intensity. ReQuest were also joined by another 4 NZ crews who each won titles: K-Otik, Kani Krew, Fatal Steppers and Unison Dance Crew. Winning 5 out of 9 medals!! NEW ZEALAND RIPPED UP!! August 2009 Making a REQUEST for Gold… Our very first New Zealand all girls crew to take the competitive stage of the WORLD HIPHOP CHAMPIONSHIPS Varsity Division, ReQuest blew the crowd away with attitude that would have made Missy Elliot look like a princess!
